Visitors can experience a variety of tasting experiences from wine and cheese pairings, to wine by the glass on one of our garden patios. Our friendly staff of wine educators will take patrons through all the unique producer's wines, showcasing a growing array of limited quantity, premium wines from winemakers across Ontario. Cheese enthusiasts can also visit our new Cheese Cellar, which captures the classic Italian Bottega experience of hand-cut artisan cheese and specialty goods. We invite you to visit and experience the only Custom Crush Pad operating in Ontario.

Get to know the stories and people behind the wines! The Crush tasting bar is open 3 days a week to offer wine flights or wine by the glass that features an array of wine styles and producers. Reservations are not required but are recommended.

Indulge In a Taste Journey At The Cheese Cellar
Fashioned after the traditional Italian Bottegas of old, our Cheese Cellar features a rotating selection of over 25 local and international cheeses, hand-cut to order. Locally cured artisanal meats, and an array of locally produced and international sauces, pickles, olives, oils, seasonings and more, are all available daily. Custom charcuterie boards can be ordered for take away or enjoy them on the property with a glass of wine.
