13 Kings Appassimento Cabernet 2021

50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc hand harvested from a single vineyard on the Beamsville Bench. Grapes were left to dry for 80 days prior to crushing and fermentation in the Appassimento winemaking style. A robust and structured red that shows abundant red fruits, toasty oak, and refined tannins which will allow it to age a decade further in bottle.
