Tasting Notes:
A delightful balance between fruit and oak with a rich, creamy palate showcasing the vibrant character of the 2021 vintage. Aromas of vanilla, lemon meringue, fresh peach, and citrus dominate the nose with hints of pineapple and apricot in the background. The palate is medium to full-bodied with a silky, buttery texture, balanced by soft citrus acidity. Flavours include charred lemon, orange marmalade, and creamy vanilla. The finish is a rich creamy oak medley with balancing citrus acidity.
