All play no work. Fruit-driven and fresh with a hint of funk, it brings all the juicy blackberries and cherries to the table, but with enough structure to remind you it’s still a classy affair.

Winemaking: Fermented in classic one-tonne bins with daily punchdowns for structure and depth. After pressing, the wine was transferred to neutral oak where it completed malolactic fermentation for a smooth, rounded finish.
