All play no work. Fruit-driven and fresh with a hint of funk, it brings all the juicy blackberries and cherries to the table, but with enough structure to remind you it’s still a classy affair.

Winemaking: Traditionally fermented in one tonne bins. Punched down 3 times a day for extraction. Pressed off and transferred to neutral oak barrique. Full malolactic fermentation. 100% Cabernet Franc
