The relaxed overachiever. Dry, fruit-driven, and so fresh. "Crushable" doesn’t even begin to cover it—this is the kind of wine that makes you wonder how the bottle got empty so fast.

Winemaking: Partial carbonic fermentation was used to enhance fresh red fruit aromas. The wine was pressed early to maintain a soft, low-tannin style, then finished primary fermentation in neutral barrels to build texture. Malolactic fermentation followed, rounding out acidity and bringing balance to the palate.
