Nedelko Vineyard - 2023 Sweet Caroline Ice Wine

Made from 100% Gewürztraminer grapes, this ice wine is highly aromatic with a nose of lychee, honeycomb, rose petals, dried apricots and sweet ginger notes. It has a silky texture on the palate with exotic tropical fruits, jammy apricots, floral notes, lemon tart, ginger brown honey and a luxurious rounded finish.
