Unscripted 2023 Sauvignon Blanc

TASTING NOTES: 

Dry yet bursting with aromas of fresh citrus and minerality, it’s a testament to the belief that simplicity can be extraordinary. The finish is bright and remarkably persistent. It leaves a lasting impression with its lingering slightly fruity essence, providing a memorable and satisfying conclusion to each sip.

TECHNICAL NOTES:

100% Sauvignon Blanc harvested from a selected two rows of twenty year-old vines on the Pohorly home vineyard on the Niagara River Parkway sub appellation in the Niagara Peninsula. Fruit was gently pressed and fermented slowly as low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After aging and racking the wine was bottled under screwcap closure. Only 150 cases were produced.
